We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any bookings due to the availability of vehicles, however, contact operations@Dallah.jo as soon as possible with your confirmation number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you. Alternatively, you can change it through our website using the “View/modify reservations” button in the homepage.

You can book on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express (currently unavailable), and we offer PayPal. You can also use a Dallah gift card. If you have a coupon discount code you can use it. We do accept payment in cash or debit or credit card on delivery of the vehicle if you don’t want to pay on the website.

We currently support JOD, USD, and Euro. For international currencies, please note your bank and payment method may apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose, and additional processing fees.

Payment information is processed securely. No card details are transferred to or held by Dallah. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

We do not refund any amounts back and instead, we change the amount into customer credits that can be used later on by the customer in the future. If a booking is cancelled before 24 hours, we will charge one day’s fee.

Yes, the minimum number of days for a daily rental is 3 days. (Exception for corporate and signed agreement bookings)

Yes! We do deliver cars to any requested location. In case the handover of the car is at Dallah Branches, Delivery charges are not applicable, Delivery Charges are applicable on all personal bookings.

Fuel is not included as part of the hire. When delivered, the car will have at least ¼ of a tank of fuel. At the end of the hire period, the car must be returned with the same level of fuel. In case the car was handed back with a difference in the amount of fuel from the handover level, Fuel charges are applicable upon Dallah’s own fuel pricing.

Yes! Just ask before getting the car delivered to you by sending us an email to operation@Dallah.jo or just choosing it as an additional service in step 3 of the bookings page. There is no additional charge for this request.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the car. Any violation is liable for a penalty of JOD 70, to be paid by the hirer. Our vehicles are non-smoking cars.

In case the car is handed back in a horrible and dirty status, a dry clean fee of 50 JOD would be applied if the car needs a dry clean service, If the car is handed back dirty/dusty and can be washed by our Dallah team, a fee of 3 JODs would be applied.

A deposit of 350 JOD must be held. (300 JODs held until the return of the vehicle, and 50 JODs will be kept for 45 days from the end of the contract). The deposit amount may vary depending on season or vehicle type, please check the final amount in the reservation process

Pets are not allowed in our vehicles. The car must be returned in clean condition and free of pet hair.

Unfortunately, the legal age to rent a car is 21 years old.

For any item that is left in the vehicle, we do keep it for the client for a period of time. Please contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to assist you.

You need to immediately contact our team at the emergency number (Written on the front glass of the vehicle) and we will help you in the process. We will need to contact the police to have a report done and if necessary we will provide you with another replacement car for the left period of the rental.

We will wait up to 2 hours! However, we do charge a fee for waiting after 45 Minutes of the requested time.

Yes, however, we won’t be able to refund you the amount of the left period and we will credit your amount for future rentals.

We do offer rental insurance for the monthly rentals only for customers. For signed agreements, we offer many types of insurance for daily and monthly bookings.

Yes definitely! Just email us at operation@Dallah.jo and we will change the vehicle to the desired class upon availability.

Yes definitely, we do offer extra services such as GPS devices, snow chains, and child seats. We do also offer tracking services and more! Just contact us if you have any other requests.

You don’t need to have a valid license only and that is enough to rent a car.

Scratches and dents are not covered in the insurance policy purchased if you have no police report. If no insurance was purchased, you will need to pay for the repairs.

Don’t worry about that! Our team has a planned schedule for maintenance for each car and they will contact you when the car needs a maintenance check.
